This course was designed by David Munday (aka Munday-sensei), an experienced professional with over two decades of work across both public and private sectors, including significant time as an English teacher overseas. Throughout his career, David observed the crucial need for individuals to take charge of their own professional development, especially when employer support was lacking. In 2017, realising that there was untapped potential he set about to push forward and achieve the goals he wished to obtain. Through focused goal-setting and action, David achieved rapid career progression and significant financial growth. Now, he has condensed the lessons learned through trial and error into this course, aimed at helping others take control of their professional growth. With a clear and practical approach, this course provides participants with the tools to plan and achieve their own career success.
